Lunnell Haught Lunell's unique combination of business and psychology expertise has benefited individuals and organizations for more than two decades. Lunell has written articles for national periodicals and was recently published in ASTD's Building Learning Capability Through Outsourcing. Other books include Communication: High Touch Skills for High Tech Worlds and a "Playbook" for Conflict Management. She has presented at the Hawaii Conference on Performance Excellence, the International Conference on Community Development, and the Association for Quality and Participation's national conference, and numerous government bodies-local, regional and national. She also is a professor at Gonzaga University in Spokane.

She holds a B.A. in Business Administration, and M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, with extensive study in organizational change.
