"No amount of analysis can prepare you for the changes that take place
with teaming and the resulting conflicts. The Ankarlo Training Group helped us
avoid making costly mistakes and provided the experience necessary to make the
transition to ad teams a relatively smooth one."
- Jane Buck, Pilot Team Coach,
The Orlando Sentinel

Team Tune-Ups
Interviews and diagnostics with individual teams, then feedback for improvement
to team coaches. One and one half hours per team. Charts, plots, assessments,
Myers-Briggs Personality Inventories, grids, graphs and counseling tools are
employed to discern "what is working and what is not" to precisely fine-tune
teams to high performance. Repeated quarterly for first year of teaming then
annually or semi-annually. Complete reports rendered after tune-ups. The
company culture changes to a feedback-enriched organization. Required if
participating in full suite of Ankarlo Team Training. "What gets measured gets
done."
"True teams are small, nimble and highly focused. The acid test as to
whether you have a team is to ask individuals on the team what is their goal.
If they do not know in clear concrete, concise, specific, measurable detail as
to where they are to goal today, they are probably not a team. Teams have
common goals and common rewards."
- Loren Ankarlo
